Description

High-grade modified polysaccharide is used as a fluid loss reducing agent and rheology parameters stabilizer for all types of water-based drilling muds. Due to its non-ionogenic nature, the reagent maintains its efficiency in the muds of any hardness and salinity, such as in brines based on NaCl, KCl, MgCl2, CaCl2 or on a complex of salts.

Range of applications

It is designed to reduce fluid loss and increase viscosity of drilling muds. The effectiveness becomes mostly apparent in salt-saturated drilling mud systems, where the use of other polymers may not produce the desired result. It may be used in clear brines as well as in well-completion and workover fluids.
